What goes along with the higher up metaphor is were you are describing the awful segregation in the States as languishing in the corners of American society.

The second metaphor I liked was your use of the psyche of emancipation as wealthiness, using a bills theme which is overriding through the speech, and works well because we are a capitalistic society. mass are concerned with getting money, because money is needed to live, a nd by using a metaphor of money, you make a ! field of study that freedom is equally necessary.
