Proposal of Conflict among Ordinary People
Description and Relevance to remainder: 
People experiences have different types of conflicts with each other. Conflict in this case can be defined as dissonances done which these mundane multitude perceive a threat to their welfare. It is commonly more than a simple disagreement especially when people see a threat to their physical, emotional, or economic well-being. In most cases they understand that these disagreements are part of normal conduct and appreciate the opportunities for growth arising from an improved level of understanding in resolving conflicts.
 
Mythology:
I propose to represent theoretically level-headed of conflict, and some issues approaches to constructive conflict management like from the current world. First, i will review One of the main issues in the parents perception of conflict, which is the disagreement. This will provide different perception of the disagreement.



Then, I propose other important aspects in the way mediocre people view conflict include the issue of parties pertain in the conflict whereby most people are normally dragged into disagreements and I will discuss what the issue of taking sides that base on. Finally, I propose when people are faced a conflict and what the responses in most cases based on of the disagreement?
 

Expected outcome:
In vow to understand the kinds of options ordinary people have in confronting conflicts, I expect to regard different conflict style categories that led of conflict. In order to arrive good solution, I expect to find a variety of constructive management and resolving conflict.
